1) What is Graze Graze Baby?
We’re a modern, build-a-board charcuterie & cheese cart for weddings and events across Cornwall & Devon. Guests pick their favourites and we assemble beautiful personal bowls live at the cart — a stylish alternative to canapés or late-night food.
2) How do your packages work?
All packages include 2 hours of staffed service; only the portion size changes:
• Petite Graze — £7.50 pp (small bowl)
• Signature Graze — £8.50 pp (medium bowl)
• Luxe Graze — £9.50 pp (large bowl)
Each includes 3 charcuterie, 3 cheeses, 3 biscuits/crackers, plus olives, seasonal fruit & chutney.
3) Where do you source your produce?
We champion South West suppliers — Cornish & Devon cheeses, artisan charcuterie, local bakery crackers and West-country chutneys, plus seasonal fruit.
4) Can you cater for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free?
Yes. We offer veg/vegan/GF swaps on request. We display an allergen matrix and signage at the cart.
5) How do you handle allergens?
Please tell us about allergies in advance. We prepare and serve with care and provide clear information, but the cart is an open environment so we can’t guarantee zero cross-contact.
6) How long do you serve and when’s best?
Standard service is 2 hours. Popular windows are drinks/canapé hour or evening graze. Extra time can be added by agreement.
7) What do venues need to provide?
Written confirmation that external caterers are allowed, a wet-weather indoor/covered space, easy access/parking, and a level area (about 2m × 1m). No power is typically required unless you request lighting.
8) What are your booking terms?
A 25% booking fee secures the date. The balance is due 6 weeks before the event. If you book within 6 weeks, full payment is required on booking. See our full T&Cs for cancellation policy.
9) Do you travel and is there a fee?
Yes — we cover Cornwall & Devon. A travel/mileage fee may apply depending on location and timings (quoted on enquiry).
10) Can we rent the cart empty (dry-hire)?
Absolutely. Dry-hire from £150 (+ travel). We deliver, set up and collect; you stock and label your own items and manage allergen info. Perfect for sweets, desserts or DIY snack bars.
